I saw this as I took a walk. Is it a recyle-chic planter? Is it in case you can't get the key in the door fast enough? Is it a left-over Halloween decoration? Or is it just waiting for trash day? With the school so close-by, I wouldn't be surprised if some youngsters took advantage of it's convenience.
