It’s Xponential!
Have you been following – or attending – the WBFO XPoNential Live at Allen Hall series?
I haven’t been to one yet, but I listened in to the first one online. You can hear them and all the WBFO XPoNential HD-2 programming on HD radio, or if you don’t have one of them yet (I don’t either) online.
One of the things they are using this new, additional programming is being used for is to play local music. The Live at Allen Hall series takes it even further, they’re not just playing local music, they are hosting it live. No lip service to local music with a Sunday-morning-when-no-one-listens-local-music-show, they’re going the full distance by holding a live, free concert and airing it live.
The list of upcoming shows should sound familiar to listeners of this podcast: Brian Wheat, Johnny Nobody, and Dee and the Housecats. Hopefully more will be scheduled after the holidays to continue the series.
Kudos to WBFO for going the extra mile to support local musicians.

I also forgot to mention, one of the recent shows was Off The Cuff, another Buffalo Live Podcast friend!
