Podcast 66 - B.O.M. Fest
We squeeze in 10 songs by 10 of the artists at the Buffalo Original Music Festival held at the Colden Country Inn on August 19th, 2007.
The event organizers invited me to attend and record the show. Of course, I jumped a the chance. It turned out to be a huge project, editing 13 bands recordings, and along with some other unrelated things, kept me from getting this podcast out to you until now.
But here it is. I’m bringing you a song from each of ten bands at BOM Fest, along with some commentary on each one. It’s a long podcast - 70 minutes, but a lot of great music is packed into it.
Three more bands will be featured in upcoming podcasts - Flood The Shoreline, Mari Anderson and If Paige Wins. They’ll have a feature podcast with several songs from each band as well as in interview.
