		<description>Talking about poor communications... the first response from the hosting company I got was a survey to see how they did.

Of course, I complained bitterly about their lack of communicating what was going on.

Then days later, the emails came trickling in - responses to my trouble tickets. 

Funny that the survey got to me before the actual communications.

Final word on the problem - "our administrators are having a file system check on the servers where your domains are hosted." Sounds like they had to restore the server from backups, possibly after a hard drive failure.</description>
