The Found at Tudor Lounge: PODCAST 50
The Found at Tudor Lounge – March 3, 2007
I first met The Found here in Lockport. They were doing an interview at the local AM radio station with allwnyradio operator, Scott Leffler. I stopped by and caught them playing a couple songs. The show was all too short and we only heard a few songs, but it was good to meet the guys and we agreed to hook up someday and put out a podcast.
The opportunity finally came when they played the Tudor Lounge, a favorite spot to many Buffalo bands. It’s not a fancy bar, but they treat musicians pretty well. I’ve been there once or twice to see shows myself.
They were the local band on after a couple of bands from the NYC area. I was still setting up my gear when they started to play and a couple songs were recorded with less optimal conditions than the rest. But I did get the connection to the sound system going and moved a mike between songs, so most came out really well.
The Found consists of:
Harold Pollinger – Guitar/Keys/Vox
Bryan Mecozzi – Guitar/Vox
Ben Hayes – Drums/Backup Vox
Steve Maclean- Bass/ Vox
