North of the Border, Podcamp, Uncle Seth

I’ve been spending the weekend in Toronto at something called Podcamp Toronto a “un”-conference by and about podcasters. It’s been great meeting so many other people doing this and getting so many ideas from them. I won’t go into it in too much detail - as it’s almost 5am and I’ve been up all night podcasting, not mine, but as a guest on another show - This Week In Geek - but as I said, more about that later when there is more time.

Here’s a short podcast to explain and featuring a band - Uncle Seth - that I’ve played on this podcast before. Jay Moonah, the bass player and mastermind of the Online Music Marketing Podcast is one of the organizers of the podcamp. Of course, Uncle Seth has their own band podcast!

It’s just a teaser to tide you over until I get back home and get the next episode out. Robotics has let up and once I’m back things should go back into high gear.

(Of course there are pictures. As soon as I upload them, they will be at my Buffalo Live Music Photo Gallery

Stay tuned music fans.

[The really cool restaurant that played host to us crazy podcasters was C'Est What - 67 Front St. E. Toronto]

Thanks for coming to the event Doc, it was terrific to meet you! Perhaps we’ll try organize a Buffalo show at some point, crossing the border to play can be a little sketchy sometimes but I’m sure we can find a way to make it happen.
