PodPress update
I updated PodPress (the blog plugin that makes the little player in the posts here) to the latest version today.
The old one was working fine, but I had just installed it on my other blog so i could put a song into a post there. So, I figured I might as well have the latest here.
The current version has some improvements behind the scenes, even if it looks the same to the user. It supports iTunes better and the page to edit/add the feed is better and supports more file formats and multiple feeds.
It installed flawlessly on the blog. Here, it installed with no problem, but the players that were in existing posts vanished. I started editing and adding them back, but when I got halfway through, they started appearing again. So, either the older ones were okay, or some kind of database scan finished and they appeared again. In some cases, they showed double and I had to delete some. I can verify it now supports multiple feeds!
I think I got them all, but if I miss on and it won’t play for you, let me know by posting a comment here or drop me an email. I’ll fix it. You can probably also use the Feedburner pages to hear the ‘cast as well.
